- A Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, IT, or any related field (desirable)
- 2-3 years of expert experience in the Ruby on Rails space, including APIs, Web Services and application developments
- Passionate about Ruby on Rails language and comfortable with testing
- Power skills in proper javascript development relative to application builds using object-oriented OO javascript, applying MVC, MV*, techniques and frameworks
- Proven experience in Javascript frameworks, such as Backbone, Knockout, Spine, Underscore or other MVC frameworks, as well as knowledge of working with Social APIs
- Quick to learn new skills and software technology concepts
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, strong communicator, team player, pragmatic and who exhibits exceptional relationship management skills
