- Are proficient in CSS2 (table-less) and CSS3
- Has a big concern with browser compatibility standards.
- Good coding skills on JQuery and Javascript.
- W3C HTML/CSS standards.
- Has strong problem solving skills and an attention to detail down to the last line of code.
- Must know how to manipulate existing codes.
- Has a good sense of design.
- Has a good knowledge in typography and aesthetics is a BIG plus.
- Knows WordPress a big plus.
